1. Information you share with us

When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we receive whatever you choose to share — typically your name, phone number, email address and the details of your enquiry or project.

If you submit a review on our client reviews page, we receive your name, star rating, message and — if you choose to attach one — a photo.

2. How review submissions are handled

Reviews are moderated before publication. Every submission is read by our administrator first, and only approved reviews appear publicly. While this website runs as a static preview, submissions are stored locally in your own browser and are not sent anywhere. When a secure backend is connected later, submissions will be stored privately for moderation only.

We do not publish, sell or share unapproved review submissions, and we do not change the meaning of any review we publish.

3. Information collected automatically

Our website hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) records standard technical logs — such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested — for security and operational purposes.

This website does not use advertising cookies, does not sell data, and does not currently run Google Analytics or any other tracking tool. The review feature uses local storage in your browser only, on your own device.

4. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiries and provide the consultation you request.
• To prepare proposals, deliver services and communicate about your project.
• To moderate and (with approval) publish client reviews.
• To keep the website secure and functioning properly.

5. When information is shared

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it where needed to provide the service you asked for — for example through our hosting provider (Cloudflare), or the platforms you choose to contact us on (WhatsApp, email). Those platforms handle your data under their own policies. We may also disclose information if we are legally required to do so.

6. Data retention

We keep enquiry and project information only as long as it is useful for our conversation or needed to deliver and support the agreed services, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

7. Your choices and rights

• You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

8. Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information — including limiting who can access it and using reputable service providers. However, no method of transmitting or storing data over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are aimed at businesses and are not directed at children. If you believe a child has shared personal information with us, contact us and we will remove it.
